Come and stay in the Skrakboet house at Ängholma Bed and Breakfast in Blekinge!
Skrakboet (50 m2) is a fresh and bright two-bedroom house with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house can fit 4-5 people. The house is built for all-year round use with warm and cold water; in summer light and airy, in winter warm and cosy.
There is a large terrace facing the seafront of Vierydsfjorden, where you can have peaceful moments in the sun bed or meals in the open air. You can choose between self-catering with a possibility to rent bed linen and towels, or Bed & Breakfast where breakfast, bed linen, towels are included.
For more information on Skrakboet see Map-Prices and layout.

Here you find more photos of Skrakboet and the neighbourhood.

Skrakboet is a perfect vantage point for bird watching, fishing and golf – activities that you can do from early spring to late autumn.

Smoking is not permitted and unfortunately you can not bring your pets to Skrakboet.

What does the name Skrakboet mean?
The sea bird “storskrake” is called goosander, a type of a diving duck (mergus merganser). The name Skrakboet refers to a goosanders nest.
Where Skrakboet is today, there used to be a cottage that was worst for wear. When the old cottage was torn down a birds-nest belonging to a goosander-pair was found.

What's Goosander/Merganser in other languages?
